Flexible Learning

Students may miss the equivalent of one weekend. If more time is needed, you can schedule a make up session with the lead trainer. Students are encouraged to use the online content to help them study at home and to reinforce in-class learning.

Service Oriented

We guarantee job placement after graduation, and offer continuous career counseling and guidance as needed. We help place teachers in jobs teaching yoga in our community at Studio Be, Unitarian Church, Island Gatherings, Nueces Brewery and much more.

Beginner-Friendly

Our 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Corpus Christi provides you with the foundation you need to begin teaching yoga in studio settings, gyms, and with private clients. You can deepen your practice by registering for our 100-hour Asana training, and you can develop your retreat hosting by signing up for our 100-hour retreat training certificate.

We value many concepts of yoga and communities! Our goal is to provide future yogis with the proper tools for their physical practice, mental health, community building, business ethics, successful yoga classes and ethically adventurous team retreats!

On the teaching front, we provide a rigorous training of movement & healing. Every teacher who comes out of our training will be able to teach in a safe and skilled way. We provide a home for our teachers to teach and a platform for them to practice their new skills after the training.

What does it mean to be 200 hour certified?

You have trained for 200 hours with experienced trainers who have taught yoga for 10+ years and have logged over 8,000 hours in teaching classes. We cover the following topics in the 200 hour training:

This certification grants you access to three retreats offered during the training and you will gain your 300 hour training. This is only offered to those who have done the 200 hour training or will currently be taking the 200 YTT. This certificate requires that you attend at least three. The Frio Trip is required.
